What Kind of Warranty Do You Offer?

Unless agreed upon otherwise, TBR provides a 10-year workmanship
warranty on portions of the project in which TBR fully replaced any existing
products. This warranty covers the workmanship associated with the roofing
services provided by TBR.

Will You Remove My Old Roof?

All Residential roofing systems require removal of existing roofing layers. Commercial
application may vary depending on project requirements.

How Will You Protect My Property?

TBR makes every effort to protect your property and leave it in the same condition it was
found. This includes covering vegetation, covering pools, and properly disposing of trash and
debris.
